- Responsible for coordinating the design and layout of the NYSHFA website.
- Responsible for member job postings on the NYSHFA website.
- Provides technical assistance and troubleshooting to members.
- Provides comparative cost analysis reports for NYSHFA members.
- Assists in the analysis of provider-specific state and federal budget impacts and develops utilities to enable specialized data tracking and reporting.
- Provides on-line services: NYSHFA electronic mailings; member lists; associate member lists; various publications.
- Enables alternative means of communicating with members by providing tools such as e-mail and fax broadcasting.
- Prepare data extracts and analysis to support decisions and initiatives undertaken by NYSHFA’s various committees and task forces.
- Ensures NYSHFA’s electronic equipment is up-to-date and functioning properly to provide NYSHFA’s staff with necessary resources to assist members.
