Reimbursement and Financial Services

• Provides technical advice to members on audits, accounting and financial reporting.
• Monitors and reports on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement regulations.
• Monitors and reports on New York State Budget issues.
• Monitors state and federal reimbursement trends.
• Develops and maintains group purchasing contracts and other cost savings services and programs.
• Maintains contact with NYSHFA members regarding: reimbursement and payment issues; rate appeals; operational matters and insurance issues.
