James Mullaley, Executive Director for New York State Health Facilities for over 27 years, was featured at the 2009 Annual Convention and Trade Show (NYSHFA's 60th year, Diamond celebration). Mr. Mullaley was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award. Further, the new name for this award has been changed to the "James H. Mullaley Lifetime Achievement Award" in his honor.
