Getting an ID

NYSHFA Members:

In a login loop? While on the login screen, try holding the shift key and then pressing your browser's Reload or Refresh button to get the updated page from the Internet. This forces your browser to update its version of the file, giving you the latest updated version.

You will need to update any bookmarks you have saved to our web site. The DNS (domain name system - NOT Director Nursing Services) settings have changed.

Affiliation with a NYSHFA Member organization is required. Your identification will be verified.

Always use lower case letters when entering your ID and your password.
If you have tried 3 times, close your browser before trying again.

If you did not give us your email address, you probably did not receive confirmation of your ID and password.

IDs are constructed using "ny-" + [first initial] + [last name].
Example: Donna Jones
ID = ny-djones
Passwords are selected by individual users.

All requests for passwords must contain the facility (member) name and a valid email address.
